From project management to client training, I've gotten a opportunity to add UX practices to each of my professional positions. With so many campaigns and teams, I wish I had enough space to talk about each of the projects I have worked on! Here is a short list of just some of the projects where UX and I were able to have a positive impact.
While working with Buena Vista Home entertainment and Disney Records, I managed the entire process from campaign launch to finish. One of the many hats I wore was managing a creative team that produced a variety of creative executions. Once the campaign was live, using UX principals we would test and ultimately optimize the media based on report findings.
I helped launch and test the "My TiVo gets me" initiative. Through careful A/B creative testing and optimization with the creative vendors, I was able to improve conversion rates for this multi-screen, cross platform media plan.
User research and testing was the key in producing results for Microsoft. I collected user pain points from clients such as Photobucket and Bell Canada, and worked with a tremendous development team to devise an enhanced UI that would go on to reduce client tickets 20% YOY.
I managed over 20 premium vendors for Amazon automotive. During that time I used my UX expertise to test copy, and devise content marketing that increased conversions while being cognizant of the end user's goal and Amazon's customer promise.
